Twelve years ago, we created Deafinprison.com to bring awareness to the dangers and disadvantages Deaf inmates face in America’s prisons. We championed many causes during that time, but none so much as the Felix Garcia case—an innocent Deaf man convicted of murder by the state of Florida.
Domain registration and hosting issues have forced us to rename the site deafinprison.org. All the data has been archived and will be available on the new site. The new site will be part of a group of Websites under the umbrella of bitcodavid.net. This change represents an opportunity to grow the site and increase our reach and coverage.
I will make the transition seamless and post step-by-step as we transition. Our readers will be the first to know when the new site opens.
